How do I place an order with you?

Do you deliver?
Depending on the item(s) and the location you wish to have the item(s) delivered we will quote a price for us delivering the item(s) ourselves or recommend a professional delivery service and/or trucking company.
Is it possible to visit your showrooms and arrange a collection using our own transport?
Yes, we would be happy to accommodate you but by appointment only.
What are the hours of operation ?
Monday – Saturday 8am – 6pm. We will make every effort possible to accommodate you after hours or on Sundays if necessary.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, money order or wire transfer.
What happens if I lose or damage an item that I have hired from you?
You will be given replacement values for all items leased prior to entering into our rental agreement. Should any items be lost or damaged you will be responsible for that amount. Insurance can be arranged for higher value items.
What happens if I return an item(s) after the agreed hire period?
All items returned after the agreed hire period will be charged on a daily basis until the item(s) are returned.
